Main Ingredients:-
Potato - 5-6 nos
Chilli Flakes - for seasoning
Oregano - for seasoning
Parsley - for seasoning
Refined Oil - for brushing
Salt - as per taste
Serves - 1-2
Methods:-
Prepare Potatoes:
Wash and peel the potatoes.
Thinly slice the potatoes using a sharp knife to get uniform slices.
Soak and Dry:
Soak the potato slices in cold water for 20 minutes to remove excess starch.
Drain and pat them dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel or paper napkin to ensure the chips become crispy.
Brush with Oil:
Lightly brush the potato slices with a small amount of refined oil on both sides.
Air Fry:
Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
Air fry them at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
In halfway, take out the basket and press the potatoes with the help of muddler so that potatoes will be crispy.
Again keep the basket in air fryer.
Check for doneness after 10 minutes, and air fry for additional time if needed until golden and crispy.
Season:
Remove the chips from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle with salt, chilli flakes, oregano, and parsley while they are still warm.
Serve:
Allow the chips to cool slightly before serving. They will get crispier as they cool. Enjoy your air-fried potato chips!
