Main Ingredients:-
Dragon Fruit - 1 nos
Dessicated Coconut Powder - 2 cup
Condensed Milk - 1 cup
Cream - 1/4 cup
Homemade Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp

Serves - 3-4

Procedure:-


Prepare the Dragon Fruit Puree:
Peeled and cut the dragon fruit into small pieces.
Blend the chopped dragon fruit in a blender until smooth.
Set aside.

Cook the Mixture:
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Reduce the heat to low, and add the desiccated coconut to the pan.
Add cream and mix well.
Add the dragon fruit puree and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly.
Pour in the condensed milk and cardamom powder and continue to cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
This should take about 10-12 minutes.
Let the mixture cool down until it's comfortable to handle.

Shape the Ladoos:
Grease your hands with a little ghee.
Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into round balls (ladoos).
Roll each ladoo in extra desiccated coconut to coat.

Serve:
Let the ladoos cool completely and set before serving.
You can store them in an airtight container.
