Main Ingredients:-
Chilled Milk - 400 ml
Watermelon - 100 gm
Rose Syrup - 1/4 cup
Ice cube optional
Serves - 3-4
Methods:-
1) Cut the watermelon into small cubes and remove any seeds.
2) In a large jug or bowl, combine the chilled milk , rose syrup and ice cubes.
3) Mix well until the syrup is fully dissolved in the milk.
4) Add the watermelon cubes to the milk mixture.
5) Stir gently to combine.
6) Place a few ice cubes in serving glasses ( optional ).
7) Pour the sharbat with the ice cubes.
8) You can garnish with a few rose petals for an extra touch of elegance.
9) Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.
