Main Ingredients:-
Cooked Rice - 1 bowl
Oregano - 2 teaspoons
Red Chili Flakes - 2 teaspoons
Butter - 6 tablespoons
Chopped Garlic - 10 cloves
Rock Salt - as per taste
Mushroom - 250 gm
Brocolli - 250 gm
Sweet Corn - 250 gm
Refined Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
Chilled Milk - 2 tablespoons
Wheat Refined Flour - 1 tablespoon

Methods:-
Preparation for Rice
1) In a hot pan saute 3-4 chopped garlic in 1 tablespoon of butter.2) Put all the cooked rice with 1 teaspoon of oregano and chli flakes and salt.
3) Mix well all the ingredients in a low to medium flame for 5 mins.
Preparation for White Sauce Mix Veg
1) Saute all the vegetables in butter for 5-6 mins so that they retain their crunchy and keep them aside.2) Now for hwhite sauce paste, heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a non stick pan.
3) Add chopped garlic and saute on medium flame for 1 min.
4) Now add wheat refined flour, salt and saute until smooth.
5) Stir in cold milk, gradually until thick, stirring constantly.
6) Now add all the sauted vegetables in the prepared white sauce paste with oregano and chili flakes.
7) Cover it for 4-5 mins.
8) Serve it with the prepared rice.
