Mango Cheese Cake



 

Main Ingredients:-
Hung Curd - 100 gm
Cottage Cheese - 2 nos
Cheese Cubes - 2 nos
Mango Puree - 4 tablespoons
Biscuits - 4 nos
Melted Butter - 2 tablespoons
Sugar Powder - 2 tablespoons

Methods:-

1) In a jar, blend cheese cubes, cottage cheese, hung curd, sugar powder and mango puree.
2) Make a smooth batter.
3) For base, crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter.
4) Now in a serving bowl, first make a base of biscuits mixture then the ready batter and top of it put mango puree and pulp.
5) Keep this bowl for 4-5 hours in a refrigerator before serving.
