Lychee Lassi


 

Main Ingredients:-
Lychee - 15 nos
Curd - 500 gm
Sugar Powder - 3 tbsps
Kewra Water - 1 tbsp

Serves - 3-4

Methods:-

1) Using fresh lychees, peel and deseed them and blend them to make a smooth paste.
2) In a blender, combine the lychees, yogurt and sugar powder.
3) Blend until smooth.
4) If the lassi is too thick, add cold water to reach your desired consistency.
5) Blend again briefly to mix.
6) Pour the lassi into glasses over ice cubes if desired.
7) Serve immediately, garnished with a few lychee pieces on top.
