Freshly Homemade Gulkand Lassi | Rose Enfused Lassi | Summer Drink



 

Main Ingredients:-
Rose - 10 nos
Rock Sugar Powder - 3 tablespoons
Honey - 2 tablespoons
Kewra Water - 1\2 teaspoon
Curd - 700 gm

Serves - 4

Methods:-

1) Grind rose petals and rock sugar powder in a jar.
2) Now mix all the ingredients with the curd.
3) Garnish with the crushed cashews and ice cubes before serving.
