Main Ingredients:-
Fennel Seeds ( Saunf ) - 2 tablespoons
Rock Sugar ( Misri ) - 1 tablespoon ( 15 gm )
Rose Petals - 1 tablespoon ( 1 flower )
Keora Water - 1/2 tablespoon
Serves - 2
Methods:-
Soak fennel seeds(saunf) in water for 30 mins with rock sugar(misri). Now blend the mixture and make a paste by straining and add water after this. On the other side with the help of mortar and pastel pound all the rose petals with the help of water as per requirement and then add this mixture with the fennel seeds water and add keora water in the end. Now add chilled water in the prepared mixture and enjoy.
