Main Ingredients:-
Cottage Cheese ( Paneer ) - 400 gm
Bay Leaves - 2 nos
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Vegetable Oil / Butter - 50 ml
Chopped Onion - 150 gm
Chopped Tomato - 50 gm ( 2 big tomatoes )
Chopped Green Chilli - 4 nos
Chopped Ginger - 1 inch pieces
Cream ( Makhan ) - 1 small bowl
Milk ( Full Cream ) - 150 ml
Spices:-
Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
Mix Powder ( Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder & Black Pepper Powder ) - 1 teaspoon
Kitchen King - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon
Rock Salt - according to taste
Serves - 4-5
Methods:-
1) In a pan, pour refined oil / butter.
2) Now add bay leaves, chopped ginger, onion and saute it for 1 min.
3) Add chopped green chilli into it and fry till it becomes slightly brown.
4) Now add chopped tomatoes and saute.
5) Then add all the mentioned spices along with little water.
6) Cover and cook till spices get cooked.
7) Add paneer ( cottage cheese ) into it and mix well.
8) Cover and cook again for 6-7 mins.
9) Now add cream ( makhan ) and milk and mix well.
10) Cover it again and wait till oil get separated.
11) Lastly add butter into it and enjoy.
