Main Ingredients:-
Pointed Gourd ( Parwal ) - 250 gm
Potato - 100 gm
Onion - 150 gm
Spices:-
Cumin,Coriander Seeds, Black Pepper Mix Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 teaspoon
Rock Salt - As per your taste
Fenugreek leaves - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Bay Leaf - 1 qty
Mustard Oil - 2 tablespoons
Chopped Coriander Leaves - For garnishing
Serves - 4-5
Methods:-
In a pan pour mustard oil and keep the flame high. Now put cumin and bay and allow it to turn brown. Now put onions and saute it for 1 minutes and then put fenugreek leaves. Now add pointed gourd, potato along with ginger garlic paste and all other spices and saute it for few minutes. Now cover the lid and keep the flame medium to low and saute it regular interval of time till it cooked. When it cooked garnish it with coriander leaves before serving.
