Kasoori Methi Poori Recipe ( Fenugreek Dry Leaf) | ASMR Cooking



 

Main Ingredients:-
Refined Wheat Flour - 250 gm
Fenugreek Leaves - 2 tablespoons
Asafoetida ( Hing ) - 1/2 teaspoon
Clarified Butter ( Ghee ) - 1 tablespoon
Rock Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Serves - 4-5

Methods:-

Mix well all the ingredients with the help of water to make a smooth dough. Now make these doughs in a small round circle and fry it a clarified butter and enjoy.
