Main Ingredients:-
Bread - 10 pieces
Curd - 1 kg
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Tamarind Chutney - As per taste
Refined Oil - 2 tablespoons
For Stuffing chopped dryfruits
Cashew , Almonds & Pistachio
Serves - 7-8
Methods:-
1) Make a stuffed bread ball and for stuffing use dryfruits.
2) Fry stuffed bread balls in a refined oil till it will turns brown.
3) Now keep the fried stuffed bread balls in curd water and add roasted cumin powder for soaked it for 30 mins.
4) For serving, take soaked bread balls in a serving plate and garnish it with curd, black salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and tamarind chutney and enjoy.
