Main Ingredients:-
Apple - 1 whole
Cucumber - 1 whole
Mint Leaves - 8-10 nos
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Honey - 1 teaspoon / glass
Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon / glass
Soaked Chia Seeds - 1 teaspoon / glass
Serves - 2
Methods:-
1) Peel off outer layer of apple and cucumber.
2) Now cut their slices and grind all these ingredients with the help of chilled or normal water.
3) Now pour it into a glass with soaked chia seeds on the top and enjoy.
